All returns must be made within 30 Days of Purchase for Refund.
All Items must be returned in good condition to ensure credit.

 

To return items purchased online, please follow these steps:

  • Write in your reason for your return on your Sales Receipt
  • If you cannot send your Sales Receipt, please include billing name and address with the item(s)
  • Ship your package to us.

We recommended that you use a traceable and insurable shipping method.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

Return Status

Return times can vary depending on the shipping method chosen when sending the return. If you are returning a product, we recommend that you send it by a traceable method. This will allow you to know exactly when the item is received at our warehouse. It will take up to ten business days for the refund to be applied once the return has been received.

It will take 1 to 2 business cycles for the credit to appear on your statement depending upon statement cut-off timing. The original form of payment on the order will be credited. If your credit card is no longer valid, please contact contact@chemobeanies.com to make arrangements for receipt of your credit. To exchange an item purchased from chemobeanies.com, you need to place a new order and return your original purchase.
